I reached out with a few basic questions the sales team made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be. Replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, the answers weren’t very helpful. It felt like they just didn’t really care about helping me out.

My Cherry Servers box kept slowing down at random times, even when traffic was light. Pages would load poorly and it felt like the CPU was getting held back somehow. Support may have been fine, but the performance just wasn’t what I needed. It gave me the feeling they’re more focused on getting paid than making sure the server actually runs well, so I ended up moving away.

It was frustrating. The servers would just go down randomly with no warning, and I never really knew when things would start working again. not the Worst ever, but definitely annoying if you’re trying to get stuff done...

"Verification Is Taking Forever"
I signed up expecting the account verification to be straightforward, but it’s taking way longer than I thought. My account still isn’t ready, and I’m just sitting here checking for updates. it’s frustrating. Anyway, beautiful day outside, I guess. Still wish they’d hurry this up.

I signed up for Cherry Servers thinking it would be solid enough for my projects, but it just didn’t feel reliable in day-to-day use. After I paid, I started getting a bit uneasy because the random drops and slow responses seemed to happen exactly when I needed things to work. Support wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t really make me trust the service more when I kept having to check on the server all the time. In the end, I moved everything elsewhere because I didn’t feel comfortable keeping anything important there.
"Why is the billing so confusing?"
I got so annoyed with this. I ended up being charged more than I expected, and the billing details were not clear at all. Like, why isn’t the full cost explained properly before you pay? It felt like I had to piece everything together after the fact, which is just frustrating. Definitely not a great experience

I tried Cherry Servers because I wanted more control over how my server was set up, but I personally found the customization options more limited than I expected. A few things I assumed would be simple to adjust either weren’t available or required going through support, which slowed things down for me. I can see it working fine if you just need a basic setup, but for what I was trying to do, it felt frustrating and I spent more time working around limitations than actually getting things done

"Service move was way more frustrating than expected"
I moved my service recently and it was a painful experience. The downtime ended up taking longer than they originally told me, support was slow to respond, and I felt like I had to keep chasing them for every single update. On top of that, some of the terms seemed to change from what I was expecting, which just made the whole thing even more annoying. Definitely not the smooth process I thought I was signing up for

"Support didn’t seem very prepared"
I ran into a server issue the support experience wasn’t great. The replies took a while, and they kept asking for basic details I had already provided, which made it feel like nobody was really reading the ticket closely. I don’t want to say they had no technical knowledge, but it definitely came across like they weren’t too familiar with the problem. After a few wasted hours, I ended up figuring out part of it on my own.

"Wasn’t Worth the Cost for Me"
I tried Cherry Servers, and for me, the pricing just didn’t feel worth it. I’m careful with my budget, so once the basic things started adding up, I had to step back and ask if I was really getting enough value. It wasn’t unusable or anything, but compared to some cheaper options that felt just as good, it didn’t make sense for me to keep paying. I ended up cancelling and moving on.

"The docs could use some work"
I had a tough time following the documentation. It felt a bit messy, and a few important steps seemed to be missing, which made the whole process more frustrating than it needed to be. I can imagine other customers running into the same confusion, so clearer, more complete docs would really help.

"Constant Connection Issues and Poor Support"
My server kept losing connection, and it got really frustrating after a while. I reached out to support hoping they’d explain what was going on or at least give me a clear fix, but they didn’t really say much or help me understand the issue. At this point, I feel like some kind of compensation or credit would be fair since the service wasn’t reliable.

"Not gonna lie, support was way too slow"
Not gonna lie, this was frustrating. I had a simple issue that should’ve been fixed quickly, but support took forever. I kept replying and waiting, and the updates I got were slow and not really clear. By the time it was finally sorted out, I’d already wasted way too much time.

"Control panel left me feeling lost"
I tried using cherryservers.com, but the control panel was a struggle. It feels cluttered and not very clear, so even simple tasks took way more clicks than they should. I kept second-guessing where to go next and felt kind of left in the dark most of the time. Not a great experience overall

"I needed something that could scale…"
I needed something that could scale quickly, but compared to other tools I’ve used, this felt a bit limiting. The upgrade options weren’t very clear either, and I found myself second-guessing what I actually needed. It might be fine for smaller projects, but for something that’s growing fast, it wasn’t a great fit for me.
